The 2025 OSCA Annual Convention
The OSCA’s 2025 Annual Convention is October 3-5 at the Hilton Polaris. This year's theme is
"Game On: Advancing Chiropractic, Together"
You can earn up to 16 CEs from an impressive list of chiropractic professionals, visit numerous exhibitor booths, and mix and mingle the night away!

Please call the OSCA office for complimentary registration for you and up to 2 non-DC staff members (any additional tickets must be purchased). Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9 am - 4:30 pm at (614) 229-5290 *You must be a member as of the 2nd quarter to qualify.
DC and Staff registrations include the following:
- Access to 16 CE hours
- Friday's Welcome Reception including 2 drink tickets
- Saturday's breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, entertainment and two drink tickets
- Sunday breakfast
What is the Saturday Night Entertainment this year?
Think adult game night meets your favorite carnival games! Grab your friends and colleagues and join us in the ballroom for a night of fun with Human Billiards, Ski Ball, Axe Throwing and more! The games will transition into our highly anticipated Bourbon Draw and close with your best moves on the dance floor. GAME ON!
Bringing a guest who is interested in a social ticket only?
- Friday Night Welcome Reception: $65 (Food, Drink, Vendor Access)
- Saturday Carnival Night: $140 (Food, Drink, Entertainment Access)
- All-meals Guest Pass: $275 (All Meals, Receptions, and Entertainment Access. No CE access)
Accommodations: OSCA has a block rate of $174 per night.

Cancellation Information
Program Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Attendees may cancel any OSCA Seminar for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:
Cancellation requires a phone call or email to the OSCA at
614-229-5290
- Canceling 30-days or more prior to the start date of the seminar will result in a 100% refund.
- If attendee does not show for a seminar, no refund or credit will be given. If the OSCA cancels a seminar, you will be refunded 100%.
If the OSCA needs to cancel a seminar, they will, within their best effort, try to cancel in a timely manner. The OSCA is not responsible for any incurred travel or accommodation costs. If a seminar is not organized by the OSCA, refunds will be at the discretion of the company. Please contact the organizing entity for their respective cancellation policy.

Q: Will there be acupuncture hours available?
A: Yes. There will be 6 hours of Acupuncture CE offered at Convention this year. See the session description or schedule tabs for additional information.
Q: What is Carnival Night?

Q: Can we bring +1s to the entertainment portions of Convention?
A: Guest tickets are available for purchase either for the Friday Night Welcome Reception, Saturday Carnival Night, or you can purchase the All-meals Guest Pass.
Q: How are our CE credits tracked?
A: There will be helpers at the door of every CE-able class there to scan you in to make sure that every CE Credit earned is tracked on our website.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: No. Due to budgeting and numbers required for the hotel, we are unable to issue refunds after September 1st.
How to Register
Need Help Registering for Convention 2025? Follow These Steps!
Step 1: Add Convention to Your Cart
Once you've located Convention 2025 in the catalog, add it to your cart. Select your desired price tier—be sure you're logged in to access membership pricing. If you're purchasing more than one ticket (for staff or another DC), you’ll be able to adjust the quantity of ticket later in the process.

For Staff Tickets, the staff will need an account with the OSCA. Give us a call to get them set up!
Step 2: Complete the Attendance Questionnaire
A pop-up will appear prompting you to answer a few questions regarding your attendance. Click Submit once completed.
Bringing a guest? This is where you can purchase guest tickets:

If your guest will attend daily and join for meals, select the All Meals Guest Pass.

If your guest will only be needing a Friday Evening Guest Pass and/or Guest Ticket For Carnival Night Themed Gala, select those two options in the pop up.
Step 3: Review and Proceed to Checkout
After submitting the questionnaire, you'll be redirected to your cart. Enter the number of tickets you wish to purchase (for other DC and/or Staff), then click Proceed to Checkout. Verify your personal information and click Continue.
Step 4: Enter Attendee Details
On the next page, provide the details for each person attending with you. After entering each attendee's information, a pop-up will prompt you to select the appropriate price point. This must be completed for each individual.
Step 5: Finalize Registration
Once all questions have been answered, click the green Continue button. You can then scroll down to enter your payment details. After submitting your payment, your registration will be complete.
