Program Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Attendees may cancel any OSCA Seminar for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:

Cancellation requires a phone call or email to the OSCA at

614-229-5290

1. Cancelling 30-days or more prior to the start date of the seminar will result in a 100% refund.
2. If attendee does not show for a seminar, no refund or credit will be given. If the OSCA cancels a seminar, you will be refunded 100%.

If the OSCA needs to cancel a seminar, they will, within their best effort, try to cancel in a timely manner. The OSCA is not responsible for any incurred travel or accommodation costs.  If a seminar is not organized by the OSCA, refunds will be at the discretion of the company. Please contact the organizing entity for their respective cancelation policy.
